Overall I would give this place a two it never fails every time I come in here machines are broken down and there’s also the time the old lady yelled at me. Cause I was being nice and putting my cart back and stepped on the wet floor. Yet other people walked on it as well and she didn’t say shit. Oh and let me add I didn’t want to walk on her wet floor but someone had the other side completely blocked off.
I went there for the first time to wash my clothes. I put my white clothes into one of the washing machines with detergent and started a 37-minute cycle. Within the first few minutes, the machine began leaking a large amount of water. A staff member came over and mopped the floor. When the 37 minutes were up, I opened the washer and found that my clothes were soaking wet but not washed at all. The floor was completely flooded. I went to the office, knocked, and even banged on the door because I wanted to rewash my clothes in a different machine and ask why I was allowed to use a machine that clearly wasn’t working. The employee had already left, even though other customers were still there doing laundry. I was extremely upset. I had to manually wring out my clothes just to put them in the dryer. Because they were so wet, the dryer took much longer and ended up costing me extra money.
It's usually clean. But as of late in the few times I've gone there have been more washing machines broken. It isn''t a pleasant time when children are running, screaming dashing about the place running into the way of customers only trying to do their laundry and leave. The older lady before she left her shift told the parents they had to stop their kids from running and screaming around but this was after about 30 minutes of customers looking at each other with disdain about being nearly run into or dodging them whilst doing the laundry. The other heavier younger lady said nothing. Not sure if these kinds of things continue to be if I won't look for another place to do my laundry regardless of a little further distance.
So my first I really needed a laundry, not to go to, and I seen the reviews about the lady being rude and having a attitude, but at first, I didn’t really mind. I just brushed it off and said who really cares you know maybe it’s the person that had a bad interference with her every time I went weekly to get my laundry cleaned. I was very polite with her and very nice you know and I just cleaned my laundry and dried it and there were no problems. However, today when I went to get my clothes cleaned, I came back to take them out of the washer and I saw that all my clothes were covered in this metal pieces and I told the lady hey Miss my clothes is covered in like this copper like rust like metal and she just tells me oh I don’t care you should observe it and of course I get upset and I try matching her energy like what do you mean you don’t care you don’t let me speak to your manager or let me speak to your boss, and she tells me they’re away on vacation. I tell her how are we gonna resolve this and she doesn’t really care much or whatever and later 5 minutes later the boss arrives tell him the issue and he tells me oh maybe it’s you that you brought it and I try explaining to him that I don’t carry metal pieces and rust in my pocket you know like people can get sick off of this stuff and and and he just they’re smiling at me like as if like he just really doesn’t take me serious and I get even more upset and at that point like I’m right when the boss actually comes in she comes and gives me the coins saying OK let’s put it in this machine but before she wasn’t offering any of that right after she offers the coins, the police arrives and I get issued a trespassing warning and I pack up my things and leave but honestly, like there were points where I used to come here and get my clothes clean and they wouldn’t even come out clean and I would just brush it off and say it’s fine no problem but like after today, I wouldn’t really recommend it to anybody to go here.
This laundry mat so disrespectful and disgusting. Lady that works their during afternoons won’t let you use the bathroom even if your doing your laundry there anyways. I had find another place to use the facilities. Theyll steal your clothes if you leave it unattended
